The German Potato Trade Association (Deutscher Kartoffelhandelsverband e.V. – DKHV) is an independent business association representing the interests of around 160 companies involved in the potato sector, including potato traders, packers, peeling companies, breeders, growers, as well as manufacturers of packaging materials and producers of potato processing and handling technology.
